Post a Request for Quote

Haven't been able to find that a certain product or looking for competitive prices? Create a Request for Quote and tell thousands of sellers what you're looking for.

To post a Request for Quote (RFQ) listing:

1.       Create a RFQ listing the same as you would an Auction or Fixed Price listing

2.       Choose a category – Select a category where your post will be displayed to sellers

3.        Describe exactly what it is that you are looking for in the description field – Be as specific as possible so that sellers can closely match their products to your request

4.        Supply potential sellers with a price guideline (optional)

5.        Add a picture (optional) - Include a picture of what you are looking for

When quotes are submitted for your requests, you will receive an email notifying you that a quote has been submitted, with a link to view the quote.

You are not obliged to accept any quote provided, however when you do, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the company that provided you with the quote. The seller of the item will be responsible for paying the Final Sale Fee.

You can also upgrade your RFQ listing (highlight, bold, gallery etc). Listing upgrade fees for RFQs are the same as for Auction Listings or Fixed Price Listings. See Listing Upgrade Fees.

Important:

Final Sale Fees are paid for by the seller of the products or services. Listing Upgrade fees for RFQs are paid for by the company that listed the RFQ (buyer).
